I am a very enthusiastic, hard-working and goal-oriented individual who is willing to take new opportunities to enhance my capabilities and help in your company's success.

As a professional, it is a must to have excellent communication skills (written and oral). After becoming a highly-skilled Customer Service Representative, I worked as a Lead Quality Specialist for a Call Center who is tasked to regularly monitor calls and create reports to ensure that employees are adhering to the company's set rules and guidelines. Aside from call listening and evaluating, I was also assigned to implement various practices that would encourage our people to work well and to keep them motivated while working as the nature of our job is highly stressful.

Way back in high school, I became editor-in-chief for our school's official publication and eventually used my writing skills to take Mass Communication course in college. While in the university, I had a part-time job for an advertising agency as an Associate Editor for their youth-oriented magazine.

I have done a few writing jobs such as script writing for fashion show events, administrative works (letter writing) and social media management and copywriting (posting ads and articles in our Facebook page) for a talent agency.

Currently, I am working as Content Writer and Social Media Manager for a Restaurant Marketing Agency located in Texas, USA. Writing content and blogs for the company's website and social media accounts are part of my job.
