Profile Description

I got skills in graphic designs, including poster, promotion and events layouts thru Photoshop. I have worked on video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Sony Vegas Pro, Cyberlink Power Director, and Photodex ProShow.
I can work with less supervision and is passionate to accomplished daily task and overall targets. I am looking for a part-time/full-time long term online job
where I can use my skill and experience to help the company build its business.

I specialized in Raw land or Property Acquisition, specifically the acquisition of undeveloped or partially developed land for subdivision development in Vista Land Company under MBVillar Group of Companies. Such job includes due diligence of the properties subject for acquisition, monitoring the completion of the conditions in the Agreement between parties, coordinate to legal department potential issues until the transfer of ownership to the company.
I also do Autocad plotting of the property based on titles, lot plan, and technical description and overlay to google map for better appreciation.
I've done quite a bit of digital marketing, online promotion and handling of official Facebook pages for the company.
