Profile Description

I have 10+ years of work experience, in which I’ve been exposed to various operational and administrative works. I’ve led a team of 80+ members in my previous roles, where I was also responsible for planning and coordinating the implementation of various projects and supportive/administrative services, as well as determining benchmark figures for project implementation and decision, monitor project progress and success; define sub-goals, milestones and tasks, time and resource planning of the team.
I also managed the day-to-day administrative work, determining which information requires the immediate attention of the various shifts and team leads, as well as perform office management duties and oversee the procurement of supplies and maintenance of inventory records. I was also responsible for planning and implementing personnel utilization and maintain personnel records, and records management control.
