I have more than 9 years of experience in delivering quality customer service care using the English language. I have reviewed and revised curriculum and modules (in English) related to Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales. I also facilitate classroom and virtual training using mediums approved by the client. I conduct research and analyze data to help improve delivery and overall performance. I collect data, create trackers and manage pivot tables to aid data mining. I send daily progress report using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I also facilitate meetings with clients about curriculum feedback and enhancement.
