I've been with Technical Support Accounts for 11 years. I worked with DELL, Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2013, Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 (and 8,1) and WIndows 10
Currently working as Senior Tech for a US-based company which caters to ALL software computer issues namely virus identification and removal,
I am also working home-based for a car insurance company based in US as their IT Support.
I am a good candidate because I am ready to work home-based, I require minimal supervision and I can always perform my assigned work professionally. If there are new areas I need to learn, I am very much willing to undergo training for my personal improvement and the company's benefit as well.
