I am a passionate salesperson and customer service representative who is very
enthusiastic about not just hitting and exceeding the target but always going
the extra mile to give clients a remarkable experience. My extensive 13 years
of experience in this field is a solid certification in itself. I can also
convert cancelation requests into sales which prevent reputational damage and
generate more revenue. 
Recently, I was with an Australian lending company where I made
contact with referrers and borrowers i.e. Mortgage brokers, Accountants,
Solicitors, Developers, etc., and overcame their objections and qualifying
business loans over the telephone.  I was also tasked to create marketing
email templates for clients. Part of my job was to do data entry, set an
