Profile Description

I worked in the BPO Industry for 8 years. I have handled several accounts such as Telco, Healthcare, Cable TV and Online streaming account as a Customer Service, Billing and Tech Support through Chat, Emails and Phone support. Until I transitioned to working from home. I worked as an Appointment Setter with Admin task for a Healthcare and Insurance accounts, then as an Inside sales agent with Data entry task for a Real estate company and as a Customer Service representative for Storage facilities in the US.
Being in the Industry for quite some time makes me familiarize the duties and responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative and Appointment Setter. I am familiar with handling all types of customers.
I am a dedicated and committed individual who works hard, needs minimal supervision, and pays attention to details. I am a team player, flexible, quick to pick up new skills, and eager to learn as well as a motivated professional. I am also open to learning new skills to improve my ability and to also broaden my knowledge and skills.
I believe I can apply all the knowledge and the positive attitude that I gain from my previous jobs and be an additional help to any company I will be part of.
