Accounting Specialist/ Bookkeeper for almost 10 years and counting now.
-Accounts Receivable; received and applied payments, processed bank deposits, and researched reconciliation of account balances
-Accounts Payable; processed invoices and payments, reconciled credit card accounts and petty cash, management of daily cash flow requirements and transactions
-Purchasing; generations of purchase orders, maintained vendor relationships
-Reconciled A/R, A/P and prepaid expense to General Ledger
-Payroll; Process payroll of over 10 different clients and ensure proper employee documentation
-Financial Reports; Prepare monthly financial statements and provide suggestions to improve business performance
-Bank Reconciliation
-I am very proficient in using Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online, Quicken, Xero. I can also do manual General Journal Upgrade to see actual infoing different kinds of Quickbooks is my expertise. I can also do troubleshooting of Quickbooks that is not working and any error code.

I have sufficient knowledge in Real Estate. I was taught a lot of things in Appraising Residential and Commercial houses. I am knowledgeable in creating Residential Inspection Packet, Creating Appraisal Report,I also know how to use Clickforms, Realist, Recolorado, Matrix and Colorado Comps. I can say that I am very competitive in doing bids because I am familiar with the qualifications/criteria of checking a property.

I was assigned as a Task Manager/ Evaluator too. Where in my basic role is to make sure that all task of each individual are being done correctly and on a timely manner. I always makes sure that our task are done before the deadline.

Ive worked as a Customer Service Representative in several Companies in the Philippines particularly with Telecommunications (Bell Mobility in Canada and Optus Postpaid in the US) , I discuss billing and upgrade services, I also do upselling products related to the service, 

Customer Service Representative in a Tollway in Australia ( Transurban/Govia) where in I collect payments for passengers passes the tollroad. Ive been a Subject Matter Expert and assists new agents. I help them coupe up with the account and make sure that they familiarize the job that we are handling with.

Ive been a Technical Support Expert in a Cable, Internet and Homephone Company in the US ( Dish, Time warner Cable and Comcast) I provide troubleshooting with services that are not working and send technician if all troubleshooting steps are done and still its not fixed. During those times, I was promoted as a Supervisor and had given a very challenging task.

I also worked as a Car Parts Specialist, I do order taking for callers needing a part for their Upgrade to see actual infos a US Company that handles several warehouses. My job is to make sure that the parts ordering by a client is correct and is fit to the vehicle.
