*Lead Gen (Getting leads using Mojo, Cole, MLS neighborhood searching)

*Preparing and Uploading Listing and Transaction documents on Skyslope and Transaction Desk, Docusign


*CRM, E-mail Blast, Drip Campaigns via Wise Agent, BombBomb 

*Creating documents for Listing/Transaction and Uploading DocuSign (ex. MLS
Profile sheet, Tax record, Exclusive right to sell, and others.) 

*Creating and submitting Property Listings on Multiple Listing Sites (Zillow,iBuyers, Knock, Opendoor, Easy street, OfferPad,Rently,Rentdigs)

*Real Estate Database  ARMLS & MATRIX Recolorado

*Editing Photos (Adobe Illustrator), Adding Content and Posting for Social Media Ads (FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Business page, Craiglist) 


*Admin tasks – Expired, Probate, FSBO, Petitioner,
Submitting properties and looking for home buyers, wholesaler buyers online
through iBuyers, Opendoor, Zillow, and others.

*Postcard editing (Adobe Illustrator, Canva), Adding QR Codes and Landing Pages through Craig Proctor and Success website. 

*Auditing Property Transactions /Listing on Skyslope and Property Ads, Excel
and creating reports, Data Mining and Skip Tracing


*Data Entry/ Web Researcher - Gathers information from HTML to Google sheet (Excel) such as NAME of the Property, Address, Website, Contact Number, Contact Person, Facebook Account, Twitter Account, Instagram, and Number of rooms of the Property.

 *SKIP TRACER - Real estate Field. Gathers info of the Client such as Address, Email Address, Contact number, Petitioner, Lawyers Name, Deceased Name, and Others                             

*Accounting- QuickBooks, Journal Entry, Bookkeeping, Bank and ATM Reconciliation

*Social Media Ads- Managing, Editing Photos and Videos for Facebook, Craiglist, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
