1. Outstanding customer experience by looking at customers ' pain points, improving, and implementing things to keep them or win them back.
2. Reaching out to customers proactively to resolve their issues. (Failed deliveries, failed payments, incorrect information, etc.)
3. Build systems that enable customer support automation (macros, templates for order processing or problem-solving, auto-responses, etc.)
4. Manage, train, and organize VA's workflow (Feedback, Benchmarks, SOP, Guidelines, Task, and Priorities)
5. Deal with the most challenging issues/customers that need special attention and understanding (escalated complaints, irate customers)
6. Lead the communication with the suppliers/system provider, etc. to ensure that customers' needs are met
7. Resolve customer concerns and immediately raise critical iUpgrade to see actual info to the appropriate person.
8. Support the Customer Success Team with the day-to-day support of the customers.
