Profile Description

I have experience working in Business Process Outsourcing as a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative for more than 2 years. My role is to take calls from customers who wants to apply for their free phone with free service calls in the US as government sponsored program. I also manage their accounts for changes and bills. I had also experience in order entry for field representatives on the same industry.
Then, I had experience making and managing my own Shopify Store which lasted for 3 months as a beginner. I made it's content, posted products on various social media and answer question for my customers. I carefully researched each product I post on my website. I also made compelling and precise description of each product and copy them on every social media page to attract customers.

I've developed an enrollment system with a Microsoft access database in my college years using Visual Basic 2010. I developed a simple Tetris game as a thesis project later. I am skilled in HTML, Javascript, PHP and CSS.I have experience working with C, C++ and Java language too and currently learning Phyton and C#. I am currently developing my own android game with my own team which will be published in app store as a hobby. But I am an objective and time-oriented person, so If ever someone hires me here, I am going to devote myself for a long term, stable job where I could help you with your long term business. I am flexible and can work with anyone or anytime of the day with a project.
