Profile Description

My First job was a High school English Teacher in a private school for 2 years. Then, I changed my career and started working in a BPO company. I have been working in a BPO company for 7 years now. My first job in a BPO company was Customer Service Representative. I handled customer inquiries for a Telecom company. I also became a Data Analyst for a Health Care client that deals with refunds. After that, I was promoted as a Billing Analyst for a Utility client. Currently, I am working as an Email Support Representative for an Electricity retailer company in Australia that deals with customers who want to set up an account or change retailers.
