I mainly dialed medical related accounts where in we call doctor's offices in the US and getting prescriptions sign for DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT such as orthopedic braces and diabetic testing supplies. I also handled an account
where in we call small businesses in Canada asking them to send us their
POS terminal monthly statement so that we can give them an apples to apples comparison on how we can save them money in every card that they swipe on their credit card machine.
