Customer support for a Telco Company in Australia. 
I have experience working as end user support remotely and physically, fixing computer problems such as software and hardware issues. I have handled inbound and outbound call support.
Being an IT Specialist, I've managed Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, storage access permissions, and monitoring/first-hand troubleshooting on servers and services. I have accomplish some projects too, like maintenance automation and local web-site inventory.
I have experience in different infrastructure systems such as, Microsoft Exchange, Office365, LANDesk Management, ESET Endpoint, Asterisk PBX, VOIP system, Database monitoring, network monitoring, Email Deliverability Solutions.                                                                                                                              I have do have knowledge as well on web development and I know programming language like PHP, CSS, SASS, HTML, Python, MySQL and Javascript.
