I worked in a BPO industry for almost two years under an AT&T account which is one of the most difficult accounts you could handle as a customer service Upgrade to see actual infospite the toxic account, I was able to work under pressure and managed to resolve customers' concerns and end the call with satisfaction in their voices. I could say with confidence, customer service is a field I am excellent at.
