I've been to Banking industry for almost a decade. Exposed to loan processing, cross selling bank products, customer service (fulfilling customer satisfaction and complaints), cashiering and keeping books, verifying bank transactions, email handling. During my banking career I am once awarded a certificate of recognition for attaining sales quota in bank products. I am also certified UITF Seller. I have attended to many customer service seminars to boost my customer service standards.

At present I am Licensed Financial Advisor of AXA Philippines- a Global Insurance Brand, fostering to the community a another way of saving and keeping them financially secured by introducing Insurance with Investment features to everyone.

I was a Virtual Bookkeeper in a Bookkeeping firm based in Idaho, USA using Quickbooks, Appfolio and Buildium. Rendering bookkeeping services to Real Property Upgrade to see actual infoanizing and keeping their invoices and billings into their proper accounting entries and procedures.

I became also a Virtual Assistant in an Investment firm based in New York and Hongkong. I am using Dropbox, Bitrix24, Microsoft 365, Docusign for processing documents for registration and submission to US Market. I've been to assisting clients to their inquiries and setting appointments to our CEO.
