Profile Description

I've been a General Manager/Executive Assistant in two big fastfood corporations in the Philippines with more than 900 outlets between them.

I'm experienced in handling and managing all day-to-day tasks and reporting requirements including sales and marketing presentations, social media marketing, copywriting, profit and loss analysis, franchise operations, compliance and audit, training and recruitment, and many more.

Aside from management skills, I'm also skilled in website design via Wordpress, photo and video editing using Adobe applications (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and I'm proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and computer hardware and troubleshooting.

I'm an ANSI certified Food Safety Compliance officer and knowledgeable in HACCP principles and practice.

I am confident in my ability and I can work independently with no/minimal supervision. I'm self-motivated, resourceful and very keen to instructions. If there are things which are unclear to me, I would ask questions and I will always figure things out whenever possible.
