I started my career in 2014, assisting customers via phone, email, and LiveChat which developed my proficiency with various CRM and customer service tools such as Salesforce, CallTools, Five9, Upgrade to see actual info, REI Simple, Craigslist, Zillow, etc. Aside from cold calling, phone support and appointment setting experiences, I have also performed administrative tasks for my Real Estate clients which honed my multi-tasking skills even more, guaranteeing great results even with minimal supervision.
