• More than 10 years of experience in customer service and technical support.
• Experience with WordPress, Zendesk, Intercom, Shopify, Rush Order, Teams
• Proficient in the English language both oral and written
• Multitask oriented, self-starter, enjoy a challenge, and continually stay abreast of the latest advancements in Technology
• Proficient in troubleshooting end-user application-related problems on the following platforms (Desktop: Windows, Mac; Mobile: iOS, Android, Windows Mobile; Web: All browser types)
• Hands-on experience with desktop and server log analysis tools; e. g. Notepad++, Scratchpad
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
• Trained support for client email troubleshooting like Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mail, and webmail like yahoo, MSN, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects cross-functionally.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success and aligning complex customer solutions at the executive and department levels.
