For 5 years as a Virtual Assistant, I have experience as an Amazon, eCommerce, SEO, Lead Generation, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Backlink Building, Recruitment, Client Support, Bookkeeping (QuickBooks and Coda), All-Around, and General VA. I also worked for foreign clients from the US, UK, Australia, and Canada and am open to working full-time and part-time. I work closely with the company/business owners, CEOs, and executives.
The experience I have for QuickBooks is creating monthly entries/reports for the Asset Register accounts (updating monthly Credits and Debits), and calculating Service Fee & Income (creating monthly reports for Earnings & Refunds). I also have experience with submitting adjustments for Replenishment Billings in Coda and generating Cash Flow reports on EasyPost. I used ShipEdge and Shipstation for batching orders, address verifying, creating adjustments, and exporting CSV files for certain reports. I know how to order UPS Shipping Labels and track packages on Upgrade to see actual info as well.
Aside from that, I'm an expert in Research, Data Entry, Lead Generation, Influencer Prospecting and Outreach, and other Admin or General VA works. I am knowledgeable and have experience with Graphic Design (Canva & Adobe Sparks), Video Editing (CyberLink PowerDirector & Adobe Premiere Pro), Wix, WordPress (blog posting), creating business ideas documentation & presentations, website testing (capturing bugs and checking functionalities & new features), Email Management and use CRM tools (OnePageCRM, Hunter, Snov, etc.), Database Organization (Airtable), Tasks Organization (Asana & Trello), Tech Support (non-voice), Customer Support (non-voice), and other back-office tasks. I’m tech-savvy and have used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Upgrade to see actual info, Peppertype.ai, etc. for work, especially blog posting. About social media platforms, I mostly use Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for prospecting influencers and LinkedIn for Recruitment Headhunting and Lead Generation (looking for business owners of coaching firms, law firms, consulting firms, real estate, etc.). Leading people & teams is one of my experiences and my responsibilities as a leader are: checking teaUpgrade to see actual infombers' attendance, assigning tasks to each member, creating Loom video tutorials about the tasks, helping the teaUpgrade to see actual infombers if they have questions, concerns, or encounter issues during work, organize all outputs that they submit, and create EOD reports. As an All-Around VA, I love challenges and give ideas that might be helpful to the business. Very open to working on any task and willing to be trained.
