I've been part of BPO for almost 3years. I've been a technical support for PLDT account. I handled calls from customers of PLDT for almost a year and ive been promoted to be part of Tier2 Team, which we handled customer concerns internally. We focused on restoring connection thru systems. I also handled consolidation report for our monthly performance. We used Microsoft Office such as Word, Exel and Powerpoint. We also used spreedsheet for the consolidation.
During my on job training most of the time i used Microsoft office for consolidation and photoshop as well for creating of certificates. Im knowledgeable in some programming language such as html,
