I have more than 6 years’ experience dealing with international clients on customer assistance and technical support. I have been trained with online marketing, tools in email and social media marketing, and social media management. I also studied real estate virtual assistance through online courses and video tutorial from different platforms. I have acquired several skills through the years that would help me in becoming a freelancer, such as call handling, administrative tasks, calendar management, research, etc. that I can offer you.

 I have knowledge about tasks of a real estate virtual assistant like, property/house showings, market analysis, and investor management. I'm also an experienced Amazon seller support for Fulfilled by Amazon type of products and knowledgeable about an eCommerce seller account. I provided assistance with listing products, creating categories for products, inputting keywords, inputting product details, confirming proper images on product pages, handling bad reviews, etc. I’m also familiar with applications like Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 

I always seek growth and self-development in my career to better my performance, this helps not only me but the company as well. I am hoping this job aligns perfectly with my qualifications as a freelancer or employee. I want to take advantage of this opportunity to show the skills I have gathered through the years to prove I can provide the best service and learn more to help the company in its progress.
