I can do text blasts using batch leads, freedomsoft, REI Reply, and many more
In running comparables, I used Propstream, Properlio, or Connected Investors and I can also do it using a public website like Zillow and Redfin.
I can also do lead generation and skip tracing.
I know how to compute the ARV then get the 60 or 70% then less repair
