When it comes to work, I am always dedicated and motivated to do the best of my ability as an individual , I am making sure that I gave the best performance towards my job. I've been in the BPO industry for quite sometime now, my first call center experience was a sales account , doing outbound calls and basic admin tasks,updating customer's information on our database and generating sales for our client. I've been with several companies who has mostly international accounts I've been doing inbound and outbound calls,sending emails, and answering chats. Processing of
account activations. I have done cancellation and refund requests. I've been handling escalation and retention calls for  complicated situations of the customers. I also experienced being a booking specialist for a transportation account. I am well trained and enhanced to use different tools like soft phones,MS word,excel,powerpoint and tools that the client wants me to use. I've been working with ebay north america doing inbound and outbound calls ,I am an escalations specialist addressing customers who has complicated situations about their orders.
