Profile Description

I used to work as a Technical Support Representative for one and a half years for an American account. We use several tools all at the same time in helping customers resolve issues with their internet, home phone or cable while providing excellent customer service. The work also includes documenting the customer's account regarding what transpired during our conversation.
I also worked as a Live Chat Billing Consultant for Australian customers. We also use multiple tools and 2 monitors to interact with two customers at the same time over live chat. Customers would chat to inquire about their services, bills and almost everything about their service and that requires you to have full knowledge of the product and services the company is providing. This also helped me improve my typing and multi-tasking skills even more.
I am currently working as a High School English Teacher. I teach World Literature and Grammar to grade 10 students. I also teach Practical Research to Senior High School Students but have decided to look for an online home based job instead. I hope to find a job that is closely related to what I used to do, preferably as a teacher. However, I am very much willing to accept job offers that are not related to my specialty as long as training will be provided.
