Profile Description

Primarily responsible for performing all aspect of recruitment and development of the company. Manages and leads the recruitment process and the overall utilization of team. Responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations. Meet with new/old clients on the regular basis for calibration/recalibration. Sets recruitment measurement, distributes the job vacancies across all recruiters. Responsible for the full utilization of the social media recruitment and the entire social media communication of the team.
I also have experience in handling employees as well as clients' queries. Addition to these, I also have experience acquiring clients for our company
