Profile Description

I am an experienced Customer Service Representative for 3 and a half years. I'm currently working as a part-time VA/ lead generation specialist and appointment setter. I have good communication skills and can handle customer concerns with compassion. I have extensive experience handling customer care, billing, sales, and technical support. I was trained at some of the leading BPO companies in the Philippines and worked for the top Telecommunications and Satellite TV companies in the US. Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Representative, I have developed skills that are essential to a customer service expert such as patience, positive attitude, optimism, time management, and multi-tasking. Moreover, it is also important to have good listening skills and critical thinking ability to deliver excellent service to our customers.
As a representative of our client, I always believe that my success in handling customer's business is the success of our client and the delight of every customer and I always believe in the value of credibility, hard work, efficiency, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
Furthermore, I am a person with a strong determination and can work in less supervision. I have this motivation to learn and I want to continuously learn in order to improve on my skills and competencies.
