GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for managing the general accounting function, pay out system and processes, and the internal control procedures in the company. As such review accounting and general ledgers entries, check accuracy and compliance with established rules and accounting principles; prepare financial statements.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains and updates Sales Book, Cash Disbursement Book, Accounts Payables Book, Cash Receipts Book and General Ledgers.
• Record the day-today transactions effecting cash receipts and disbursement.
• Prepares Check Vouchers and Journal Vouchers.
• Prepares necessary schedules to supports the financial statements required by management.
