Profile Description

During the past years, I was able to develop my own skills and proficiency while working for a social networking site.  I started out as a sales agent and because of my leadership and interpersonal skills, I was assigned to train new hires.  While I learned more about the system and the company, I was tasked to head the Admin Team and Success Team to improve our customer support area.  I do project management and support for a website's technical team.  I also have experience in administrative level support for a visa and tours company specializing in the itinerary and agreement documentations as well as financial and budget planning.  I believe these skills and proficiency, including those that I have acquired from different leadership and management programs, are required key competencies to be part of your organization.
