I started as an intern in a recruitment company for volume hiring of call canter agents, got absorbed and started as a full-time employee right after graduating, which lasted for almost a year. My work scope covers sourcing of talents, database management, lead generation, initial screening, coaching, social media/job portal advertising, and account management.
I then transitioned to Technical Recruitment, in which, my role focuses on IT professionals from entry to senior level, vanilla to niche skills. Started as a junior recruiter and worked my way up.
My role covers end to end recruitment - from job portal management to social media advertising. Recruiting talents (IT Specialist, Programmers/Developers, Database Administrators, Project Managers, SAP techno-functional consultants, etc.) from portals such as Jobstreet, Monster, and LinkedIn through phone calls,
I can also work on market-sweep, reports generation, presentation, and basic technical support.
Has knowledge in navigating and using Microsoft Office applications, photo editing for job ads using Canva, AdobeSpark, and Adobe Photoshop.
Above all, I'm goal-driven and if need be, am willing to go an extra mile to deliver quality work.
