I've been in a call centre industry for 4 years and it has been a superb decision that I've worked as a call centre agent because it taught me a lot of things. I was able to enhance my listening and communication skills.
Along with my expertise, I'm a very reliable and dependable person. I am very self motivated and have a great ability to work on a team as well. Also my experience in customer service has taught me how to learn from different people and to treat everyone with respect. I can under pressure and willing to go under training.
I worked as Customer Representative, Technical Support and been a collections specialist in some big companies in our area. I have a good communications skills in which I use on supporting customers in the US and UK (Which been a really big help to me). We did a lot of training on how to have an effective and good communication skills.
