I am an exemplary Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Associate. I've been part of the BPO for 4 years and currently doing a home-based job. My recent job experience was being a Customer Support for Shopify stores.  I process and fulfill orders, manage social media accounts, handle emails, respond to customer queries via chat, and do some basic admin tasks. I can manage all tasks with minimal supervision and with the close to the best quality outcome.
