-Work order management (Work order creation, approval and completion)-Get residential units ready before the next move-in-Prepare work order schedules for the maintenance techs-Inventory Management and Acquisition for maintenance technicians-Preparing schedules for Codes Inspectors-Vendor communication regarding work order scheduling, and -I can do inbound and outbound call -Work order reporting billing.-Proficient in AppFolio, Process Street and Asana-I am excellent in MS Excel
