With my background as a Product Manager at The Emmerich Group, a coaching and consulting company for community banks in the US, I've successfully managed multiple programs and product life cycles. This experience has honed my ability to manage different products and clients. I juggle numerous projects simultaneously while ensuring timely deliveries. I also do upsells of the products I handle, which I contribute $30k to $60k sales revenue on a quarterly basis. Recently, I closed a $90k worth of contract. 

From 2008 to 2017, I worked in the BPO industry for GE Money and Aetna International, rising from a call center agent to an operations manager. As an operations manager, I led 70-100 associates, ensuring excellent customer service delivery via phone and email. I successfully met client and company KPIs and oversaw the transfer of call center operations from the US to the Philippines.

In early 2017, I became the Customer Experience Head at Texcent Asia, managing customer support, digital marketing, and fraud, KYC, and compliance. I established processes and SOPs, achieving smooth operations and meeting KPI targets. I also led a team in building a proprietary KYC tool and contributed to mobile app QA.

In mid-2019, I became a remote project manager for Prioritize Success, handling project distribution, timelines, and budgets. I implemented process improvements and automation via Trello, Dubsado, and Zapier. I efficiently used LUpgrade to see actual info, TeamGantt, and Google Suite for project management.

In 2021, I freelanced as operations manager for a US web and marketing company, gaining expertise in WordPress, SEO, RankMath, ClickUp, and Elementor. I contributed to managing and launching a complementary tool for Google My Business.
