Profile Description

I exprienced working for a PPC company. I uploaded ads, created campaigns, created weekly and monthly SEM reports for client and created clients' monthly invoices.
I have finished several research assignments for my Odesk employers and submitted all of them on time. I also experienced working as a research assistant in the planning department of Integrative Learning International. My main job was to research on the feasibility of putting up study-work programs in certain parts of the globe.
I can say that I have very good English Communications skills. I worked as a customer service representative for 4 years and assisted hundreds of US-based customers of various US companies. I helped them solve billing and travel concerns, took orders for several catalog companies and walked them through various websites and online processes. Aside from that, I am also an Elementary English teacher, so I can guarantee that I have a good command of the English language.
I am knowledgeable in the Microsoft office tools. I have a computer at home with broadband connection and I also have a Skype account.
