I make my teams life easier with process simplification and automation [Production Designer + Project Manager]

As a Production Designer for more than 2 years now and with advanced role of Project Manager (Production), I created simpler processes and built automation which led the teams turn out time to increase by 25% in just 3 months which propelled the company to expand its product line.

My excellent performance with Product Designer role made me granted with Project Management (Product) role.

In 3 months, these were what I accomplished:
-Created workflows for the Design team. Was able to breakdown process, discover its pain points, and eliminate them. Simplify steps and combine relative tasks that speeds up the handling time by 25%.-Automated task creation with Power Automate. Sped up task deployment to the team so they can focus more with their task using Airtable and Trello.

Further months in the role...
-Tracked time spent on the main tasks and derived a systematic approach on task deployment resulting to increase in productivity by 50%
-During this period, the team was able to handle more projects because of process simplification.
-Established workflows which became the backbone of the Creative Teams Airtable tracker revision.
-Made Airtable & Trello integration using different tools such as Zapier and Power Automate
-Having more automation in the system and processes that reduce time spent by 100%
