I've been in the BPO industry for 2 yrs now and running. Handled billing, sales and technical support. I am open-minded and a very fast learner so, I can quickly acquire the needed skills and knowledge. As a CSR my prime duties and responsibilities includes: Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve every contact satisfaction. I am pretty well in handling costumers and I make sure that they're expectation with regards to the best costumer service will be provided. Patience is a virtue for me because I do understand that each and every contact will have different concern. I am a highly motivated person, especially given the fact that this is a position that I am wholly interested in.
