Profile Description

As a Key Accounts Manager and an eCommerce Accounts Manager, I am playing an integral role in new business pitches and holding responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. Monitor and analyze KPIs (visits, conversion rate, ROI, costs analysis, return rate, etc.). I am also inclined with effective customer engagement for ensuring professional and productive business relationship to store visitors and existing customers. I have adequate knowledge of Logistics/Order Delivery management as well as inventory planning and promotions tracking and coordination.
