I have been working in a corporate world for more than 10 years. I have a wide range of experience in handling administrative jobs. My knowledge and skills were developed through trainings and based on my actual experiences. As a Documentation Officer in a real estate company, I am very keen into details & well-organized since my prime duties & responsibilities includes: processing of land titles to be transferred to buyer's name, handles land acquisition, processing of buyer's housing loan application, prepares/review contracts related to real estate buying/selling and dealing with government agencies.
Professionalism & strong work ethics has been my practice. I can work in less supervision, honest, hardworking, disciplined, has the ability to multi-task and has a good oral & written communication skills. I am also well-versed in software packages such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, web research, internet operations and other Google tools.
