With 5 years of experience as an offshore Executive Administrator, specifically as Producer and Project Manager for a global QA services company, I enjoy the variety of work the job brings each day.

As an executive administrator, it's my responsibility to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Managing Director, managing the organization’s office operations, as well executing day-to-day business administrative tasks. This dynamic position built my ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

I'm well-versed on creating streamlined workflow process or improving the existing ones in place. I enjoy developing a detailed project plan and delegating project tasks to my teaUpgrade to see actual infombers based on their skill sets, strengths, and experience level. I like tracking project performance and analyze short-term and long-term goals, create project documentation, and manage the relationship between the company and the clients.
