I have experience working as an Executive Administrative Assistant for a company based in the US that handles and make mobile and software application for real estate agents and brokerages. My tasks revolve around creating apps and software, managing databases, contacting clients for contracts, and also lead generation. I am also a Social Media Manager and experienced in handling local and international accounts. As my resume will show you, I possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary education majoring in English at Christ the King College. I am also part of our school publication which is the Scepter and have been a student journalist for most of my academic years. I have various certificates which can prove that I have been equipped well in both writing and speaking since we are required to do so given the position we hold in school. I have also experience in the field of customer service for about 8 months at Eperformax Center Cebu City. I offer great enthusiasm, commitment, and a sense of responsibility – and I do this in many ways.  

Since this job requires a meticulous mind, I know just how to manage transactions in an organized way so that any conflict or incorrect postings are minimized. My customer service skills dictate that I would be able to work with each client and my colleagues on an individualized basis and would be able to manage their problems and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Everyone has their own unique character and attributes, but what
sets me apart from other candidates is my dedication and motivation to finish
every task given to me with utmost care and clarity. I am also continuously
seeking to improve myself both in areas I am comfortable with and need honing.
With that being said, I took the initiative in joining seminars and webinars that
would help me grow as an individual. I took reading material and lessons from
the internet and watch videos as to how it can be navigated. I also took the time
double-checking the facts I am researching, because I believe that what we should present to our customers and to the people should always be factual and true. What I can give to the team, given my limited working experience is my fresh mind that generates fresh Ideas. I am creative and innovative which often deviate from the social norms and ordinary things. I like to be free when I am thinking of scenarios and ideas in general that enable my mind to break free from constriction and think outside the box.
