Profile Description

A dynamic and determined individual with a proven track record of 6 years in the field of Human Resources. I am fluent in English whether in writing or in speaking and can work independently and efficiently. 
In my recent experience i handled the department alone, set up the policies and procedure, set up the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and engaged with programs which boosted employee morale. I am also an experienced recruiter and a payroll master at the same time.
I am also not afraid to try something new and is hungry for new knowledge. I live by the rule "If others can why can't I?" and so i am very much willing to learn and be trained if give the chance.
