• Assist the owner with all of his job-related needs
• Oversee, manage and supervise the office when he is on holiday overseas including daily sales and cash reconciliation.
As a BOOKKEEPER
• Organize and maintain an accurate financial records through MYOB
• Receive and record invoices, receipts, expenditures, accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, ensuring all entries are correct and posted to appropriate account
• Ensuring all receivables and payables are up to date
• Manage raw materials and full goods inventory, reconcile any discrepancy, keep tracks of the stocks are on its maximum level
• Generate reports such as monthly sales, GSTs, inventories, balance sheets, profit and loss statement

As a PAYROLL OFFICER
• Manage and maintain biometric attendance system
• Review time sheets for 130 employees
• Verify attendance, hours and overtimes with the immediate supervisors
• Compute wages/salaries, allowance, superannuations, PAYE, cash/loan deductions and annual leave
• Prepare cash for cash payments and create diskpay for bank payments (Payroll is bi-monthly)
• Keep record of the timesheets and computation for reconciliation
As a PURCHASER
• Receive requests from the Engineering and Maintenance department ensuring all detailed specifications and information are provided
• Get price quotes from the suppliers/vendors in Alibaba, direct brands and other suppliers in Australia (since there are no logistics from US in the country)
• Evaluate pricing, availability and logistics to determine which provide the best deal
• Keep track of the items, be certain to be delivered on time, check any damages or losses
• Ensure trade assurance in case of any dispute
As an ADS & MARKETING MATERIALS DESIGNER AND SIGNAGE PRINTER OPERATOR
• Create design for advertisements using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (newspaper ads, branding materials etc)
• Create design for new products
• Create design, print and supervise signage production for company distributors
As a DATA ENTRY AND REPORTS ANALYST (VIRTUAL ASSISTANT)
• Daily data gathering on Amazon Product Review in all SKU’s
• Prepare Daily Product Review Analysis Report
• Assign Cases to CSR’s (Customer Service Representatives)
