I've experienced aggressive hiring and recruiting for these past 4 years. I handled sourcing, selection, onboarding. I aim more than my goal and exceeds client's and superior's expectations. I can easily adjust and adapt to changes and work with minimal supervision. Although l don't handle corporate recruiting, I'm very trainable and can work under pressure. I am punctual and organized person I am used to accomplish highly important task first before the least. I'm good at listening, sharing my ideas/suggestions
and learning from other's mistakes and accomplishments to grow more. If there would be problems in my way, I figure things out whenever possible.
