Profile Description

I have more than 9 years of experience in the BPO Industry. During my stay in the BPO Industry, I have worked with a different account which really enhanced my skills and knowledge on how to be an effective customer service representative. I worked with accounts like Comcast DTA Activations, Sears Canada Parts, and Repair Services, Sears Canada Catalogue, Comcast Retentions, Comcast Technical Support (CDV). The skills that I have learned and gained on working on these accounts helped me when I start to work at home last year, January of 2019. I have worked with a couple of projects already and one of these is with a leads generation company. We are using convoso which is an autodialer for wherein the calls just come in and we are asking possible leads if they are already insured. We have a very effective rebuttal script which is helping us a lot in getting the sale. Once the client says yes, we are transferring them to a sales rep on their State. I lasted for 6 months on that project after it has ended. I have also worked as a dispatcher in a limousine company which is based on California and also worked with a cleaning company as well.
