I've been working from home for nearly 5 years with a series of campaigns; lead generation, outbound sales, appointment settings. When the project ended, I had another project-based job w/c in God's grace turned into 2 yrs. I started as a receptionist receiving calls, assisting clients, transferring them to our agents and Doc specialists. After months of good performance, my boss made me in charge of the agents. Checking call logs; Attendance monitoring; workforce (agents adherence). Gathering total hours for Payroll purposes. Due to some uncontrollable events, I had to leave & moving forward, handled a Dispatch Service based in UK. I worked as a dispatch team until promoted to a team leader handling agents and technicians as well, ensuring everything runs smoothly on a daily basis. My 10 years in the BPO made me reach my potentials and with this, I was able to use them with the opportunities that work from home industry has given
