I'm a graduate of a 4-year course of Bachelors Degree in computer science.I worked as a Dart Escalation with Amazon where I was a level II Lead wherein I handled Supervisors and Manager calls. But before that, I was customer support with Door Dash where I handled customers and merchants that have issues with their food delivery. I was also a Case Manager with Telstra one of the leading telco in Australia and was part of the complaints team aswell. I also have experience with appointment setting for over 6 months it was part-time and its for home insurance. What I really enjoyed with the work is I always meet the sales and getting commissions I also had an experience with sales when I was with Telstra its actually our daily task to do sales whenever a customer will call us to offer some upgrades with their phones, internet, and broadband. and I'm proud to say that I was one of the top sales agents monthly. I have also experience being a VA and for property management, cold calling, Podio CRM salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive, comparables in MLS,
