Profile Description

I have more than five years of experience as a call center agent and I have worked with different BPO companies with different lines of business. I have also undergone extensive training in customer service which made me an expert in this field and I was able to hone my skills through email, chat, and phone.
I was one of the top customer service agents who were consistent in passing/meeting the targets or metrics set (i.e., Attendance, Customer Satisfaction, Quality, and Productivity). This just shows that I am very much dedicated to performing the role given to me and will surely use all experience and training earned to be able to provide outstanding customer service.
