Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for over 5 years now, 2 years as a customer service representative and more than 3 years as a Specialist for Quality Assurance.
Below is a list of responsibilities
that are included in my present job description:
Responsible for handling transaction monitoring of agents and supervisors handling live calls monitored using the approved grading system established by the client; and providing feedback designed to improve quality of the call with the aim of enhancing the customer’s experience and satisfaction.
Provides training assistance and support to agents.
Performs administrative tasks like providing weekly and monthly reports; participating in client meetings, conference calls and meetings.
I also had the opportunity to be a part time ESL teacher, teaching English as a second language to foreign students back in 2008.
I also worked as a Marketing Assistant for the Nike retail stores back in 1996. I can handle marketing and administrative work.
Over the years, I have learned the value of integrity, discipline, flexibility and being able to work with minimal supervision.
