I've been in the contact center industry for more than 4 years. Taking in calls from different account/company that I've been part with such as: Teleperformance (Verizon ), Stream Global Services (Clear Wire Internet), Stream Global Services (Sirius XM), Sutherland Global
Services (Intuit), Stellar Philippines (Jetstar) and Quantrics Inc. for (Bell Canada Residential Account: Internet, Satellite TV/ Fibe TV and Homophone). During that 5 years experience I have acquired different skills that help me resolve and provide excellent customer service to clients/customer and also was able to sell products and services which generate revenue to the company. Also I'm an entrepreneur student way back in college. Being able to acquire the doctrines and knowledge's when it comes to running a business I will sure be an asset for any business who wants my service. I do admit that I still needs to learn and gain new knowledge depending on the jobs given to me. I am a fast learner and can find a way to figure things out. I want a stable and long term job that will enable help me financially and also help businesses to grow.
